I’m a native of Tokyo. I’ve guided international visitors around the city for 10 plus years. I can take you to famous landmarks in Tokyo and give a brief lecture of Tokyo’s history. I can make time to travel to the outskirts of Tokyo such as to Narita, Nikko and Hakone.

I’m familiar and experienced guiding visitors to the following sites:

Northern Tokyo:
- Asakusa District with the Sensoji Temple, Nakamise Street and Sumida River
- Tokyo Skytree
- Old Edo - Tokyo Museum (currently closed for renovation),
- Ryogoku, the Center of Sumo Wrestling World with the Kokushikan Sumo
- stadium and the Ryogoku Edo Noren a tourist information center with a replica sumo ring and other shops and restaurants geared to Sumo world.
- Ueno District with the Amnesty Park, Shinobazu Pond, many national Museums, and the Ameyoko Shopping Street. Also the Nezu Shrine and Yushima Tenmangu Shrine are found in Ueno district.
- Tokyo Station Area with the old Tokyo train station, Kitte post office and the Imperial Palace.

Western Tokyo

Harajuku & Omotesando District - Meiji Shrine,Takeshita and Omotesando Street

Shinjuku District - Tokyo Metropolitan Government with the Observation Deck, Kabukicho, Shinjuku Gyoen (Park)

Shibuya District - Shibuya Scramble Square with Hachiko Statue and the Shibuya Scramble crosswalk. And many shopping centers in the area

Southern Tokyo
Ginza area  Ginza 4-chome, Kabuki-za Tower,Tsukiji Outside Market, Tsukiji Honganji Temple

Roppongi District: Tokyo Tower, Shojoji Temple,

- National Museum of Japanese History near Narita Airport.
